Amrita Raven is an artist and alchemist.  

Her culinary magic ignites the palate, delights the eyes, nourishes the body, and inspires the soul.  Amrita offers all of her love, passion, expertise and talent through Milk and Honey Provisions, providing enlightened, edible creations for your pleasure, well-being and upliftment.

Amrita is a graduate of the

French Culinary Institute in NY,

and brings to the table three decades of professional culinary experience,

including co-creating in the kitchen with Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill in NYC, cooking in celebrated restaurants and other establishments, teaching culinary arts, offering private chef services, catering, menu consulting and staff training in the culinary arts.  She also holds an

MA in Education from the

University of Colorado, Boulder.  

Amrita happily resides in Sedona, AZ, and is excited to share the magic of her delicious, high-vibe treats with the rest of the world...
